Agave Americana (Century plant, Maguey) Seed

This plant is native to Mexico, also South and North Africa and the Atlantic Islands. The sap is used as a diuretic and laxative. The juice is taken internally for indigestion, externally for bruises. The flower stalk and the heart can be eaten and roasted, they taste rather sweet. Contents: 20 seeds.
