This kit is intended for beginners.
It comes with fertilizers, soil and lamp. What is not included, though, is the exhaust fan and activated carbon filter.

If you want an additional EC-meter (recommended), then look at this EC-meter . The same manufacturer offers also a pH-meter which we can only recommend.
