Besides the usual advantages of electronic ballasts, such as the longer life of the bulbs, the non present flickering and the lower power consumption, the NXE ballasts by GIB Lighting offer numerous additional improvements.
By means of the integrated circuit bulbs can be operated with a higher or lower wattage than indicated by their nominal capacity. This allows for example to reuse older bulbs a little longer.
The sturdy aluminum housing of the GIB Lighting NXE ballasts provides excellent cooling, an additional fan is not needed. The ballast is therefore absolutely silent.
Other advantages of the GIB Lighting NXE are the integrated wiring and thus easy installation and the quick start mode which lights up the lamp immediately in the correct light color.
