If you are looking for a longtime grind-buddy, you will be absolutely right with the virtually indestructible grinders of Steely Dan. With a small movement from the wrist, the extremely sharp teethes perform their work and make the grind a real pleasure. The individual parts of the mill are held tightly together with a magnet, while damages are prevented by a nylon ring between the parts. The bottom chamber for the fine parts of the 4-part sieve version can be locked tightly with a twist lock. A small cleaning patel is included with the grinders. Once the work is done, the Steely Dan is securely stored in a zip case which is part of the product.
