The composition of Light-Mix is based on high-quality peat moss and is enriched with perlite. This creates an especially light and airy structure. Application Tips for Best Results with Biobizz Light-Mix
- Ideal for starting seeds, rooting cuttings, and for the initial growth stages.
- The light pre-fertilization is usually sufficient for the first 1-2 weeks, depending on the plant and pot size. Afterwards, you can start with targeted liquid fertilization (e.g., with Biobizz fertilizers according to their schedule).
- Thanks to the low EC value, you can fertilize nutrient-hungry plants as needed without quickly risking over-fertilization.
- With automatic watering, ensure the water penetrates well but doesn't lead to waterlogging. A drainage layer (e.g., expanded clay) at the bottom of the pot can also help.
