Payment option Payment via Apple Pay.

You can pay with Apple Pay during the checkout process. To do this, you must confirm the payment via the "Apple Pay" service on a supported Apple device in compliance with verification steps. Apple Pay uses the payment data stored in your Apple Wallet app for the transaction. You can find further information at this link.
Once the payment process is successfully completed, your order will be immediately released for shipping in our shop system.
Payment processing is carried out by our payment service provider Novalnet.

Payment option Payment by credit card (Mastercard / Visa).

Upon completion of your order, a secure page will be displayed for you to enter your credit card details.
You enter your personal credit card information into the corresponding fields of the online form and confirm the payment.
Once the payment process is successfully completed, your order will be immediately released for shipping in our shop system.
Payment processing is carried out by our payment service provider Novalnet.

Germany

Payment option Payment by cash on delivery (Nachnahme).

For cash on delivery, an additional fee of 8.99 euros will be charged for each parcel. This fee applies even if shipping is otherwise free of charge.
No further costs will be charged by the parcel delivery company!
Payment via cash on delivery is only possible when ordering items weighing a maximum of 25kg.
Unfortunately, selected heavy items such as potting soil cannot be ordered via cash on delivery.

Payment option Payment via Unzer Direct Bank Transfer (Direktüberweisung).

With Unzer Direct Bank Transfer, you can pay directly from your bank account.
Unzer provides a form where you can enter your bank details.
Once the payment process is successfully completed, your order will be immediately released for shipping in our shop system.
Payment processing is carried out by our payment service provider Unzer.

Belgium

Payment option Payment via Bancontact.

When paying with Bancontact, you can choose in checkout between entering your card information or paying via the app.
If you enter the card number of your Bancontact card, you will be directed to the familiar online banking environment of your banking institution.
After successful login and entering your PIN, you confirm the transaction. Afterwards, you will be redirected back to our online shop.
Once the payment process is successfully completed, your order will be immediately released for shipping in our shop system.

Netherlands

Payment option Payment via iDEAL.

In the checkout, select the iDEAL payment method and specify your bank.
You will then be redirected to the online banking environment of your bank. There, you log in securely with your access credentials.
The total amount due and further transfer information are already pre-filled in the input form, so you only need to confirm the payment via iDEAL.
After payment confirmation, you will be redirected back to our online shop.
You will then immediately receive a payment confirmation.
Once the payment process is successfully completed, your order will be immediately released for shipping in our shop system.

Austria

Payment via eps transfer.

If you select the eps transfer payment option in the webshop, you will be redirected to a centralized list of participating Austrian banks. After selecting your banking institution, you will be connected to the login of your corresponding online banking. After logging in, you carry out the payment as usual via online banking using TAN authorization – no further entries such as IBAN, amount, or merchant are required. You will then receive an electronic order confirmation.
Once the payment process is successfully completed, your order will be immediately released for shipping in our shop system.

Poland

Payment option Payment via Przelewy24.

When paying via Przelewy24, all required data is transmitted from the online shop to Przelewy24. You now simply select your participating bank and confirm the payment with a TAN. Afterwards, you will be directed directly back to our online shop.
Once the payment process is successfully completed, your order will be immediately released for shipping in our shop system.

Portugal

Payment option Payment via Multibanco.

When paying via Multibanco, you will receive a payment reference and an entity number in addition to the open amount. Providing the payment reference, entity number, and amount, the payment can then be made either at a Multibanco ATM or via your online banking.
Once the payment process is successfully completed, your order will be released for shipping in our shop system.

Switzerland

Payment option Payment via TWINT.

When paying with TWINT, you can conveniently process the purchase using the TWINT APP on your computer or by scanning the barcode on your smartphone or tablet.
