Why can't I order on account?
We try to keep prices as low as possible. Payment on account would increase the administrative costs enormously. We do not want to burden you or ourselves with these costs and, above all, the time delay in processing your order. Therefore, payment on account is unfortunately not possible.
Is my personal data, especially payment data, handled carefully?
We use secure technology. Our SSL security server software is one of the most tried and tested in terms of secure online trading. By encrypting all your personal data such as credit card number, sort code, bank account number, name and address, we can guarantee the highest level of security for your personal data. This information cannot be read by unauthorised persons during transmission over the Internet. During encryption, the characters you enter are converted into a code that can be transmitted securely over the Internet. This code can only be decrypted again by us using a key and thus made readable.
Do you store my bank account details and credit card numbers?
We do not store all of this data on the server. When debiting your account, you must re-enter the account number for each order. If you pay by credit card, you will also need to re-enter your credit card number each time you place an order. Although this is an extra effort for you, it is a definite plus in terms of security. This procedure makes it impossible for unauthorised persons to obtain your access data and thus gain access to this sensitive data.
Which countries do you deliver to?
We deliver worldwide. The online shop automatically calculates the costs according to weight and number of parcels.
In general, we deliver to all countries. However, as postage costs outside Europe are extremely high and often fluctuate, we would ask you to contact us (service@head-shop.de) before ordering if your destination country is not listed above. Please let us know what you would like to order and to which country the parcel should be sent.
We will then try to find the most favourable way to deliver to you. We will inform you of the costs incurred, i.e. you can then decide whether you want to order or not.
How can I check whether my order has already been dispatched?
Log in either via the "Log in" or "My account" link at the top of the page and click on "All orders". Here you can check the status of your current order. "Pending" means that we are not yet processing your order. "Dispatched" means that your order is packed and on its way. "Cancelled" means that you have cancelled the order.
What does shipping cost?
The shipping costs depend on the weight and size of the goods ordered. The items are assigned to different shipping groups and given a weight. The shop calculates the prices automatically.
What happens if an item is not (or no longer) available and/or there are subsequent deliveries?
If it happens that an item is not available or can only be delivered later, your order, if it was free of shipping costs, will of course remain free of shipping costs even with the reduced order value. Subsequent deliveries are of course also free of charge.
When processing your order, we will notify you by e-mail or, in case of doubt, by telephone if it transpires that items you have ordered are not available or are no longer being manufactured.
Please note: for larger delivery quantities, we cannot guarantee the availability indicated in the shop. However, our colleagues in customer support will be happy to inform you about the current delivery status. Simply write to: service@head-shop.de
Which shipping company do you use for shipping within Germany?
The goods are normally delivered by DHL or DPD. If the parcel carrier cannot find you, he will leave a notification card.
What happens if the price of an item changes or is incorrect?
Despite careful checking of our prices, it can happen that the prices of books or other items change. If the actual price of an item is lower than the stated price, we will automatically charge you the lower price and send you the ordered item without further consultation. However, if the actual price of an item is higher than the stated price, we will contact you and ask you whether you would still like to keep your order.
Please note: The price stated on our website is always binding. However, if you added an item to your watch list a long time ago, the price may have changed. Please take this into account when placing your order.
The price will be confirmed on the day of dispatch. We will debit your account at the earliest on the day your order is dispatched to you.
I can't find an item. What can I do?
In such cases, please send us an email to: service@head-shop.de. We will try to help you. Maybe we can get you the item you want.
I have forgotten my password or I can no longer retrieve my e-mail address. What can I do?
If you have forgotten your password, you can request a new one. Simply click on "Forgot password" under the login button, enter your e-mail address and request a new password. This will be sent to the email address you entered.
If you no longer have access to the e-mail address you registered with, please contact our support team (service@head-shop.de) or simply create a new customer account.
Information on the payment process
Please note that credit card transactions and payments by instant bank transfer are made via the security gateway of an external provider. Payment transactions that have not been completed or have failed will be automatically cancelled after the payment period has expired. For security reasons, it is unfortunately not possible to change the payment method at a later date. Errors during the payment process can occur for the following reasons, among others:

- Javascript is not activated
- in addition, some ad blockers unfortunately prevent the security gateway from working properly.
