A carb hole is a small opening on the side (usually in the lower third) of your bong. While inhaling, you keep it covered with your finger so smoke can accumulate in the chamber. When you release it, fresh air flows in and pushes the smoke forcefully into your lungs.
Oh well – who hasn't been there? You just thumped your bong comfortably against the edge of the sink, and standing at the window, gravity draws your attention to it, and a furry face the size of a small car runs over the good piece... and there you go, broken glass. Why is that?
