Integra Boost is an innovative humidity control system that keeps the relative humidity in closed containers constant. The small packs automatically maintain the desired humidity level. They release moisture when the environment is too dry and absorb it when it is too humid. This way, herbs, tobacco or spices stay aromatic, fresh and long lasting.
How does Integra Boost work?
Each pack contains a food safe mixture of glycerin and water that is integrated into a special paper material. This material reacts to the surrounding humidity. When it is too dry, it releases moisture. When it is too humid, it absorbs it. As a result, the humidity level remains stable. Unlike many other systems, Integra Boost is salt free, so the taste, smell and color of the stored material remain unchanged.
Each pack includes a humidity indicator card. When the dot on the card changes from pink to blue, the Integra Boost pack should be replaced.
