Steamroller pipes are very popular mostly in South East Asia. They might be seen as something between a bong and a pipe even so they are not used with water but they do have a shothole. Steamroller pipes, also called shotgun pipes, are made from glass, some also from wood or acrylic. A steamroller pipe is a special kind of pipe and quite a hybrid between chillums and bongs. Usually it's a long glass tube with a bowl in the middle or near one end. Opposite of the mouthpiece is an opening which can be used as some kind of kickhole.
