Vitality Boosters

When deficiency symptoms appear in the grow, it is sometimes already too late to intervene - tonics have a preventative effect against nutrient deficiencies, help the plant to grow better and healthier and help it to cope more easily with diseases and stress. Even with careful cultivation and care, it can happen: My plant suffers from deficiency symptoms or pest infestation. By then it is often too late to intervene.

Prevention is better than top dressing

The right tonics prevent nutrient deficiencies, ensure healthy growth and make plants robust enough to cope with diseases and stress. Above all, it is important to ensure a sufficient supply of the three primary nutrients: nitrogen, phosphate and potassium (contained in GHE GO Urtica, for example). Timely auxiliary fertilisation during the growing season gives the plants a good boost of nutrients and prevents deficiencies. At the latest when warning signs such as red stems, yellowing or yellowing leaves and slower growth appear, you should resort to additional strengthening for your plants.

A few tips

  1. Never remove healthy leaves: they serve as an important nutrient store.
  2. Use sufficiently large pots: Especially in (light-intensive) outdoor cultivation, pots that are too small quickly lead to leaching of the planting medium, resulting in nitrogen deficiency and yellowing leaves.
  3. Use high-quality soil and/or fertilise sufficiently. Otherwise there is also a risk of nitrogen deficiency. GHE - GO BioWorm or GO BioWeed are suitable for improving the soil.
  4. Ventilate the grow rooms well to avoid a lack of Co2. In case of problems, No Mercy CO2 tabs can be used to add additional carbon dioxide to the roots via the Irrigation water.
  5. Keep the plant substrate clean, otherwise there is a risk of rotting, germination and pest infestation. Hesi Power Zyme, for example, offers a simple solution here, breaking down plant residues in the substrate into dextrose and thus also improving the soil quality.
